Our client needed custom blister packaging for commemorative British pound coins. The packaging had to be secure, decorative, and functional for easy assembly and disassembly.
We analyzed the dimensions of the coins and researched competitor packaging. Our design team created CAD drawings and refined the design through several iterations. After finalizing the design, we proceeded with mold production, sample creation, and mass production.
The final blister packaging not only met but exceeded the client's expectations. It enhanced the presentation of the coins, improved the ease of assembly, and accelerated packaging speed.
